  • You can choose between Metal or Nylon sockets that are specially designed for timber application.
  • Nylon sockets are held in place by radial pressure on the entire internal drill hole.
  • Metal sockets are narrow and tapered, which reduces pressure on the hole wall. They have a serrated flanged that provides a secure hold, making them ideal for inserting into end-of-grain timber.
